I stayed here for 4 days and it was pleasant, workers are very helpful. Nine minutes walk to the falls. They have Starbucks in the hotel. Dunkin, 711, and many other restaurants are just in a walking distance. Area is very touristy so even at night it feels pretty safe, it is also comfortable, and clean.

Location to the Falls is great as well as location to shopping area is great. Had a few food choices outside of the bar (on site of hotel, the bartenders were really personable, and food was really good (grilled cheese was tasty) Great job!!!). Donatello’s pizza totally awesome, you guys should promote them more…amazing pizza and garlic bread. Bed was firm and just how Iike it, other people may not like it, but I loved it!

The hotel is the closest to Niagara Falls. We could walk to Maid of the Mist, and the day-pass ($5) trolley as well as the path closest to the falls. We did not use our car in the 3 days we were there! A large, modern 8-story hotel. Great breakfasts at the lobby-level Starbucks in the hotel. All the amenities-coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron.

We booked this hotel as we were travelling to NYC on a train with an 0630 departure time and it is in close proximity to the station. It is also in a good location for access to the Falls Park. The hotel is a little dated but well kept. April on reception was lovely and organised out very early morning taxi before she went off duty.

Location of the hotel is EXCELLENT! Just right to Rainbow bridge and short walking distance to US side of waterfalls. Room was clean, big, beds are comfortable. Swimming pool is available and Starbucks coffee located just in lobby was nice surprise. And daily parking fee 20 USD seems good price.

The location was great. It was not crazy busy like the Canadian side. I could easily move between the US and Canada any time of the day to enjoy both sides of the falls. My phone and cards were stolen when I arrived in Canada, and I was so stressed, but when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was so helpful. She really helped put my mind at ease. The lady on the bar was also really lovely, and gave some great guidance on local events. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the falls.

great location, easy to find - just across from the rainbow bridge and near the falls. no view of the falls from this location had a small pool which looked good we just didn't have time to use room also had a fridge and microwave I'm the room stored our cases whilst we went out for the day went to the casino which was fun few stalls outside hotel selling delicious smelling food but again didn't have time to eat if you get chance head down to the Anchor Bar and try their buffalo wings ! amazing
